Born and raised in a small town in
southern Wisconsin, Richard got his start in the restaurant business at
an early age, following in his father's footsteps. With more than 30
years of experience as a chef and managing food and beverage operations,
he has been named as one of "America's Outstanding Chefs" by
the National Registry, Chefs in America and was selected by Sterling's
Who's Who for high standards.
He has worked as an executive chef
at such fine establishments as the Flamingo Hilton and Sands Regency in
Reno, the Player's Island Casino in Metropolis, IL and, most recently as
food and beverage director for Table Mountain Casino. He has vowed to
carry on the fine Three Sisters tradition begun by Glenn and Reinhild
Gamboa.
Richard and his wife, Tammy,
reside in Auberry.
